What you should know about staying at the Quadrant

Security Deposit: $250 Bond on arrival and fully refundable on check out provided room is checked out with no damages. Card details will be required or cash can be paid.

What do I do if I arrive at The Quadrant outside of office hours?

Late check-in is subject to availability. If you arrive outside reception hours, the safest and best option is to stay in a hotel for the night and then move into the accommodation the day after.

No visitors are allowed within the premises without prior written consent from management

Cleaning services

Weekly cleaning of the rooms including linen replacement, emptying rubbish bins and vacuuming the carpets.
