What you should know about staying at Empire
A security deposit of $800 per person plus a fee of $250 for linen and kitchen utensils must be paid directly to Empire Management. 50% of the bond has to be paid in advance to secure the booking and the other 50% on arrival, together with
the linen + kitchen utensils fee. The $800 deposit is refunded to the student on vacating the room. This is conditional on there being no damage made in the room. Any damages to the room will be deducted from the security deposit.
What do I do if I arrive at Empire outside of office hours?
No late check-in available. If you arrive outside reception hours, the safest and best option is to stay in a hotel for the night and then move into the accommodation the day after.
