Cancellation Policy
A booking WILL NOT be confirmed until Worldwide School receives full payment for the course and accommodation fees, as well as any other services requested, plus a valid visa and flight details.
Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation fees apply as follow:
- 2+ weeks prior to check-in, the placement fee will not be refunded.
- 2- weeks prior to check-in, the first 2 weeks will not be refunded.
Rescheduling dates will be treated as a cancellation, and will be subject to availability.
Once the student has checked-in, they should give the school a 2-weeks notice if they would like to move out earlier than the original check-out date.
Once the student has checked-in, the first 4 weeks are not refundable.
