Princeton is a budget semi-serviced student accommodation centrally located in Auckland CBD, within the university precinct, amongst the shops and entertainment venues of Auckland. Each apartment consists of two private bedrooms, a mini kitchen and a bathroom shared between the two rooms. There are two apartments per floor.

What you should know about staying at Princeton

A security deposit of $500 per person on arrival is paid directly to Princeton Management. This deposit is refunded* to the student (after deducting the cleaning fee of $150) on vacating the room. A departure cleaning fee of $150 is kept per room per person. This is conditional on there being no damage made in the room. Any damages to the room will be deducted from the security deposit.

*Please note that, for international transactions, the refund must be requested a few days before check-out, and the bank card must be the same one used at the bond payment upon arrival.

What do I do if I arrive at Princeton outside of office hours?

No late check-in is available. If you arrive outside reception hours, the safest and best option is to stay in a hotel for the night and then move into the accommodation the day after.
