Luau Accommodation is an option known among international students in Auckland. Luciana (the owner) is Brazilian and she takes special care of the students’ welfare, cleanliness and proper functioning of the structure of the accommodation. Luau Accommodation is located in 4 units. All Luau Accommodation units are close to supermarkets, restaurants, cinemas, shopping malls, banks and more.

What you should know about staying at Luau
A bond of $200 is paid on arrival and returned on departure. Luau has 2 different locations: one on Albert Street and one on Mount Street.
Late check-in
Any check-in between 7:01pm and 6:59am will incur an extra charge of NZ$40. Students must contact Luau on +64 21 023 02 128 to arrange a late check-in or when leaving the airport.
Reception
There’s no reception at the apartments. You need to contact the manager through Whatsapp to arrange your check in time when you land at the Auckland Airport.
Features
A fully equipped kitchen with kettles, pots, pans, microwaves, fridge, freezer,toasters, etc. It is a shared kitchen and everyone has a space in a kitchen cabinet tokeep their stuff. Wi-Fi and a 10BGS internet free per month is included in the price.
